CONCRETE STAINING
Concrete Staining is a process that involves using acid stains,dyes,pigments and water based stains to achieve color effects on the concrete. They can be effective in hiding flaws in a floor or to achieve effects that cant be accomplished otherwise.
Staining can be done indoors and outdoors but some stains are not usable because they are not UV stable and will fade or discolor.
Weird Science Concrete has produced many beautiful floors using this method, usually applying a clear epoxy, urethane coating over the stain followed by a renewable floor finish("wax") to protect the sealer from scratching, or paired with polished concrete which is becoming increasingly popular.
